Independent Private Sessions

If you prefer an Independent private session, the studio can be reserved exclusively for one client, granting access to a single machine for individual use.

When you book an Independent Private Session, the studio accommodates one client only without an instructor present. If you’re new to the studio or to this style of movement, we recommend starting with a Guided Shared Session or a Guided Private Session to ensure you feel confident, supported and save.
